It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Kay Phelps of Ardmore, Oklahoma, born in Gilroy, California, who passed away on January 18, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Walter Louis Holbrook; her husband Alton Phelps; and her siblings, Oleada Stidham and Keith Holbrook. She is survived by : her daughter Penny Phelps Elliott (Greg); her siblings, Larry Holbrook (Lois), Reatha Bass (Mark), LeeAnn Rutledge (Rodney), Marlean Dunn and Wally Hollbrook; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Phelps and Joe Phelps; her daughter Cece Weaver (Ron); her grandchildren, Jordan Elliott, Destinee Elliott, Alivia Elliott, Ronnie and Monica Weaver; her nieces and nephews, Kane Bass, Jon Holbrook, Danny Holbrook, Danny Phillips, Anissa Morrow, Winter Bass Pickens, Hayley Holbrook, Sheila Needham, Lavonda Pinnick, Elizabeth Stidham and Sheila Harris; her great-niece Miley Bass; and her great-nephew Hudson Bass.
