He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Johnson (McCurtain) and Tommy Johnson; his wife Vickey "Renea" Johnson; his brother Gerald Wayne Johnson; and his grandson Jeffery Wayne Tom II.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Johnson (Pryann), Tommy Johnson and Jeff Tom (Misty); his brothers, Danny Wells (Debbie) and Deano Johnson (Tina); and his grandchildren, Tristan Johnson, Jera Turner (Aaron), Linsey Tom, Dustin Edwards, Randy Suggs and Ashley Summers. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
