She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Wesley and Fannie Pearl Coker (Adams); her husband William Ewing "Bill" McMurtry; and her brothers, Carl Coker, Robert Coker and James Coker.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan McMurtry of Bryan and David McMurtry (Laurie) of Midland, Texas; her grandchildren, Amber Mitchell (Billy) of Ardmore, Michael McMurtry (Katelyn) of Houston, Megan Haygood (Tyler) of Odessa and Hailey Olson of Overland Park, Kansas; her great grandchildren, Annie, William Mitchell of Ardmore, Sutton, Greyson and Hollyn McMurtry; her children, Bennie and Lisa Scarbrough; her siblings, Roy Coker of Lumberton and Betty Suri of Beaumont, Texas; and her sisters-in-law, Nelda and Mable Coker. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
