He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar James and Ida Mae Watkins (Henderson); his wife Betty JoAnne; his siblings, Louis Watkins and Louise Hale; and his great grandchild Klayton James Rieck.
He is survived by: his children, Jana Sue Watkins Cezeaux (Rod), Steven Frank Watkins (Marie) and Kimberly Anne Watkins Rieck (Bryan); his grandchildren, Jason Cezeaux, Jamey Cezeaux Baker and Benjamin Rieck; and his sister Dorothy Porter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Strode Funeral Home (610 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (6500 S Perkins Rd, Stillwater, OK 74074).
