He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pladziewicz and Virginia Pladziewicz; his brother Paul; his caregiver Jim Ozment; and his pet Siggy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marcia Andree (Keith) of Kittitas, WA., Cindy of Dallas, TX., Jack (Barbara) of Eau Claire, WI. and Rick (Diane) of Mount Horeb, WI.; his nephews, Tommy Martin, David Lane and Johnny Mitchell; and his friend Jennifer Evans.
The donation of his organs through Lifeshare Oklahoma will allow Joe's spirit to live on in others. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Sunshine Industries, Ardmore, OK.
