He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Harmon and Novella Harmon (Harris); his son Russell Ray Harmon; and his brother James Thomas Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Mary Harmon; his daughter Regina Mischeal Harmon Wright (Larry) of Davis, Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Tonya Marie Campbell (Ian) of Ardmore and Amber Dawn Morris (Courtland) of Beaufort; and his great grandchild Riley Rae Morris of Beaufort.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice and The American Heart Association.
