He is survived by: his wife Lisa Renee Foster; his children, Cash Greathouse (Rae), Cody Greathouse and Hannah Stendel (John); his grandchildren, Kinsler, Creighton and Crimson Greathouse; his brother Larry Greathouse (Kelly); his parents-in-law, Lewis and Jo Foster; and his brothers-in-law, Steve, Bobby and Scotty Foster. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
