She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Bryant and Charity Bryant (Brown); and her siblings, Shirley Bryant, Richard Bryant and Gloria Fay Bryant.
She is survived by: her children, Elmar Perry, Jr. (Ranee) and Shirah Perry; and her siblings, George Bryant and Barbara Rhymes. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
