He was predeceased by: his sister Joan Reaves; and his granddaughters, Ashley Kay Pruitt and Alyssa Page Morse. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Porter; his children, Clifford (Julie) of Placitas, Melissa Green Russell (Kent) of Stillwater and Barri Tinkler (Alan) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Laney, Casey, Nathan and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Johnny; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Booth of Amarillo; and his stepgrandson Keenan Hickenbottom of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
It was Lewis' request that memorial contributions be made to the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Fund: NAMB, 4200 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, Georgia 30022-4176.
