He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy L. and Anna Rhea McGowen (Bray); and his wife Marian McGowen (Bryson). He is survived by: his children, Marla Rae Bleakley (Steve) and Michael James McGowen (Danette); his grandchildren, Riley Hunter Bleakley and Chase Drew Bleakley; his brother James Patrick McGowen; and his stepchildren, Terry Bateman, Lisa Koehn and Teresa Henson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
