With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Myra Elizabeth Jones of Ardmore, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Myra departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Myra. Though Myra may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Church (3300 Clarksville St, Paris, TX 75460). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 4195 Pine Mill Rd, Paris, TX 75462. She loved to travel—whether in an RV across America, on European vacations with her sisters and niece, Julie Del Barto, or during the COVID-19 quarantine of 2020, when she shared quiet days in Sitka, Alaska, with her partner Larry.
