She is survived by: her husband Floyd Forbes; her children, Ivy Divine (David), Sally Noble (Rusty) and Ben Forbes (Sandy); her grandchildren, Cassie Brown (Divine), Adam Divine, Cody Noble, Jessie Nance (Noble), Kate Parker (Noble), Caleb Forbes and Connor Forbes; and her caregivers, Lisa Hays, Bonnie Thompson and Rhonda Tidwell. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
