She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Ann Runnels and Johnnie Bob Runnels. She is survived by: her children, Meghan Courtney Karasek (Brett), Christopher Anthony Runnels (Christina) and Michael Curtis Runnels; her grandchildren, Chloe, Bryson, Caelan, Kirsten, Jonathon, Jakob, Haylie, Aidan and Wyatt; and her siblings, Cecile Adams (Craig), Chris Runnels, Camille Hanks (Sam) and Curtis Runnels (Stracy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin~hillcrest Funeral Home (1610 C St SE, Ardmore, OK 73401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the New Hope Free Will Baptist Church (9003 E Prairie Valley Rd, Lone Grove, OK 73443). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Rose Hill Cemetery (1604 C St SE, Ardmore, OK 73401).
