She was predeceased by: her husband Thurman Lynn Gilbert; and her siblings, Roberta Evans, Frances Flatt, Illeen O'Haver, Darliene Weisbeck, Kolleen Flatt and Michael Chapman.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Chapman (Selena Hood) and Karen Borchardt; and her grandson Jamie Duke (Perla). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
