She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mitchell and Pauline Mitchell; her daughter Tonya L. Lee; and her siblings, Gerald Mitchell, Patricia Mitchell and Ronald Mitchell.

She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Lee, Efrem J. Lee, Keithan D. Lee and Velvet E. McGee (McGee); and her grandchildren, Princeton, EBony, Autumn, Tanaya, Kaleef, Diamondnay, Alexis, Kalen and Dewayne. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren and countless other loving relatives and friends.
