He was predeceased by : his son Randy; and his parents, William "Bill" Kortemeier and Kathrine "Katie" Kortemeier. He is survived by : his wife Eileen Kortemeier; his daughter Rachele; his son-in-law Brian Johnson of Pendleton, OR; his grandsons, Miller of Pendleton, OR, Lincoln Johnson of Glen Falls, NY and Ethan Johnson of Portland, OR.; his brother Earl Kortemeier of Norman, OK; and his nephews, Mike Kortemeier of Norman, OK and Tim Kortemeier of Norman, OK.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a memorial donation in Dick's name to St. John's Lutheran Church (https://stjohnsmoore.org) in Moore, OK, or to a charity of your choice.
