It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Vaughn of Ardmore, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Jesse Louis Vaughn and Elizabeth Lee Vaughn (Blanton); and his brothers, Jesse, John, David and Joe Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Sue Elliott; his sister Betty Muncrief; his siblings-in-law, Anita Vaughn and Bill Summers; his sons, Jason (Bridgit Vaughn), Aaron Vaughn and Josh (Rebecca Vaughn); his siblings, Wayne Vaughn and Peggy Johnston (Bill); his brothers-in-law, Arnold Muncrief and Brett Elliott (Kellie); his grandchildren, Chandler Lemons, Bayler (Marshall Lyons), Avarie Vaughn and Lily Vaughn; and his great grandchildren, Lydia, Dallas, Eli Lemons and Beckham Lyons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
