He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harold Smith and Dorothy Ann Marsh Smith; and his brother Russell Smith. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Brown; his children, Erika Czarnocki (Brandon) of Round Rock and Jason (Tea Kerr) of Allen; his sisters, Lisa and Lauren Harrell (Brian) of Ardmore; and his grandchildren, Nico and Plynn of Allen.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Craddock Memorial Chapel in Ardmore, Oklahoma (525 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the COPD Foundation.
