She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Otis Miller and Bernice Cleo Miller (Sherwood); her son Granville DeWayne Smith; and her children-in-law, Joy Hawkins and Gary Eichin.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lee Smith, Stephen Ray Hawkins, Donna Kay Eichin, Lana Fay Johnson (Tom) and Karen Ruth Hartsell (Richard). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home (2118 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Centennial Chapel of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home (2118 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401).
