She is survived by: her parents, Lester Hembree and Linda Hembree; her daughters, Ashley and Brittany; her husband Michael Howell; her children, Bittany Howell and Christopher Howell; and her siblings, Debra Swoop, Ronald and James Hembree. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
