She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Kay Blevins (Steve); her grandchildren, Lynda Maddox (Craig), Stephanie Thomas Piazza (Trey) and Steven Taylor Blevins (Anne); her great grandchildren, Kallel Maddox, Wyatt Thomas Piazza, Mason Thomas Piazza, Steven Thomas Blevins, Ian Thomas Piazza, Zeke Maddox, Tiffanie Blevins, Serena Maddox, Rylee Ellis and Ruby Ellis; her brother Eddy Sloan; her siblings-in-law, JoAnn Perkins, Brenda Hawkins and Rickie Winkler (Ginger); and her friend Wayne Horton.
