It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Harper of Arkoma, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Moore and Beulah Moore (Gibson). She is survived by: her husband J. R. Harper; her children, Charlotte Lomon (Roy) of Springdale, Arkansas and Mitchael Winsted (Carolyn) of Rudy, Arkansas; her brother Carl Moore of Van Buren, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Josh, Jordan Lomon, Nathan and John Whitaker; her great grandchildren, Conner, Jayden Lomon, Abbie and Shelby Whitaker; and her pet Marty.
