He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard F. Moss, Sr. and Arlene Basnett Moss; his wife Carol Anne Moss (Hoffman); and his sisters, Marie and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Mayo of Arkoma, OK and Michael Moss (Cally) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Kami Cale of Arkoma, OK and Hayden Mayo of Arkoma, OK; his great grandchildren, Kinley, Kinnedy Cale and Phoenix Mayo; his great great grandchild Karsin Davis; and his siblings, Teresa of Pennsylvania, Patti, Deanna of Oklahoma and Tommy Moss of Florida.
