He is survived by: his children, Shawn Lindsy and Kristi Smith (Stanley) of Gore, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Kaci (Noah Rasden), Bentley Jack Knowlton (Stormie) and Neoma Latendresse (Justin); his siblings, JoAnn Powell (Paul) of Alma, Gerald Lindsy of Fort Smith, Kathey Boze (Mike) of Fort Smith, Wilma Lindsy Dale of Van Buren, Brian Brown (Joquita) of Van Buren and Kimberly Smith (John) of Bokoshe, Oklahoma; and his close friend Bill Sweeten. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
