He was predeceased by : his parents, William Henry and Cecil Rebecca Tolle (Gillilan); his daughter-in-law Rae Lynn Tolle; his grandson Dale Wesley Manual Jr.; and his friend Roger Nix.
He is survived by : his wife Lois Tolle of Arnett; his children, Darwan Ray Tolle of Arnett, Melissa Ilene Horn (Tim) of Odessa and Earnest Wayne Tolle (Debbie) of Waurika, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, William Tolle of Rapid City, Vernal Tolle of Rapid City, Kenneth Tolle of Oklahoma City, Irvin Tolle of Gage and Leota Cinnamon (Tolle) of Buena Vista, Colorado.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a vast circle of friends.
