She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Clemmon Waters and Alma Waters (Stoner); her brother Jim Waters; her stepfather Ralph Holt; her sister-in-law Betty Waters; her nephews, Jimmie Waters (Teresita) and Don Waters (Bonnie); her niece Paula Read (Jayson); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle, Marrisa, Trey, Dallas, Jenny and Camden; and her close friend Don Fleming. She was also cherished by ses 6 great-great nieces and nephews.
