He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Welch and Mary Helen Welch (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Anna Welch (Hughes); his son Shannon Welch (Deanna) of Asher; his grandchildren, Jeramy Welch of Wylie, Kyle Welch, Kali Welch of Asher, Hadley Welch and Macy Welch of Wylie; and his siblings, Kelton (Sharon Welch), Pam (Gary Welch), Chubby (Kathy Welch) and Denice Leslie of Roff. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
