He is survived by: his wife Lisa Pugh Bellotte (Ainsworth); his children, Kayla Flowers (Kaleb) of Hope, AR and Ashley Taylor (Logan) of Leesville, LA; his grandchildren, Anthony Swaffer, Harper Taylor, Maverick Taylor, Kason Flowers and Kalena Flowers; his siblings, Clinton Bellotte (Tracey) of Rockwall, TX and Glenda Pope of Jefferson, TX; his niece Natasha Bellotte of Rockwall, TX; and his stepchildren, Clinton Adams (Lindsey) of Garland, TX, Christopher Adams (Amanda) of Royce City, TX, Andrew Ruth, Cystie of Ft. Worth, TX and Timothy Ruth (Stephanie) of Canton, TX. He is also survived by 13 step grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; along with other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
