He was predeceased by: his parents, D. K. Collins and Lena Belle Collins; and his brother Stephen Collins. He is survived by: his wife Evely Collins; his sister Vicki Daniel; his children, Rhonda Phillips Heupel (Ricky), Katherine Collins, Yazmin Portales (Freddy) and Alex Herrera; and his grandchildren, Britney, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Caleb (Auney), Baruch, Natalie (Nathan) and Kalissa. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers (145 W Main St, Antlers, OK 74523).
