He was predeceased by : his parents, Orland Baxter and Lilla Smith (Walker); his former life partner Bobbie Jean Smith (Murrell); his wife Mildred Smith (Miller); his son Jim Bob Smith; and his siblings, Adrodean Smith, Vela Swilling (Smith), Neva Holcomb (Smith) and Elwanda Benefield (Smith).
He is survived by : his grandsons, Christopher Smith (Lori) of Atoka, OK and Rob Smith (Lari) of Atoka, OK; his nephew Mike Proctor (Ellyn) of Rogers, AR; his great grandchildren, Bailey Smith of Atoka, OK, Grace Smith of Atoka, OK, Evan Smith of Atoka, OK, Emma Smith of Atoka, OK and Jake Smith of Atoka, OK; his niece Gaylene Miller (Phillip) of Atoka, OK; and his friend Faye Delay of Atoka, OK. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
