He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Allen and Lucillie Allen (McKinney); his wife Mary Jane Allen; his daughters-in-law, Denise Allen and Sheila Allen; and his great grandchild Kyler Campbell.
He is survived by: his sons, Gerald Allen of Lane, OK and Darrell Allen of Mena, AR; his grandchildren, Traci Allen of Lane, OK, Tanner Allen of Loveland, Teneshia Hester of Hugo, OK, Mandy Allison of Hugo, OK, Kingston, Birdie, Natalie, Tranden and Aubree; and his great great grandchild Blakelie.
