She was predeceased by: her father Paul Newton Welch; her siblings, Frank Welch and Barbara Taylor; and her stepson Roy McKeen. She is survived by: her mother Nadine Elizabeth Welch (Taylor); her daughter CJ Shortsleeve (Michael) of Tulsa, OK; her grandchildren, Kallie Kucera of Stillwater, OK and Noah Shortsleeve of Broken Arrow, OK; her stepson Jimmy McKeen; and her siblings, Carol Parsons, Squirrel White (Danny) of Oklahoma City, OK, Lesa Maxey (Curtis) of Kellyville, OK and Donnie Welch of Caney, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dearly loved friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel (718 W 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525).
