He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Starnes (Patrick) of Centerpoint, OK; his grandchildren, Erin Larcade (Chris) of Roland, OK, Shelby Starnes (Billy Brown) of Centerpoint, OK, Jessie Hearn of Norman, OK, Mollie Stephens (Justin) of Muskogee, OK and Tucker Starnes (Grace) of Centerpoint, OK; his daughter-in-law Deloris Richards (Mike) of Roland, OK; his son John Miller (Christie) of Stringtown, OK; his grandchildren, Ethan Mize, Lindsay Mize, Cody Miller and Ruby Miller; his great grandchildren, Noah Bradley Larcade, Paisley Larcade, Levi Larcade, Archer Larcade, Kanyon Holiman, Sadler Brown, Waylen Brown and Charlotte Stephens; and his siblings, Patsy Henagar, Lillie Tallant and Ricky Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
