Traci Richardson wrote a sympathy message

“I just found out about Jeffrey and I am sooo sorry to hear that. He was way too young obviously. I can't believe it. I know it probably doesn't seem like it but I think about my cousins often. I love you all very much. Traci Richardson ( 916-821-2360) call me anytime I would love to hear from you!!”

A Arnold wrote a sympathy message

“Knowing jeff was an honor; we were satellite controllers together in the ceres program at schriever afb, colorado. I knew him in the many moments that were involving and surrounding his life, and i had a front row view of his decisions, his concerns, and choices. He was a good man, and an american patriot. The world will always need a 'jeff' in it, or it will never be seen in god's eyes. We had many deep conversations, and i will miss his perspective. "louie" arnold, msgt, usaf (ret.)”
