She was predeceased by: her parents, Dois Earl Mofield and Kitty Elizabeth Sibbach (Ritchie); and her brothers, Robert Mofield, Dois Mofield and Benny Mofield.
She is survived by: her son David Mofield (Candice Smith) of Atoka, OK; her grandchildren, Caselyn Mofield, Kolton Mofield, Carson Mofield, Timber Mosley, Sunni Peevyhouse and Montana Lewis; and her sister Nancy Mofield of Atoka, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
