He is survived by: his siblings, Jeana Justus of Bentley, OK, Joey Ham (Rhonda) of Atoka, OK and Cathy Page of Pasadena, TX; his siblings' children, BJ Justus (Amber) of Tushka, OK, Emily Sanders (Cloye) of Bentley, OK, Stevie Slawson (Randall) of Tushka, OK, Logan Page (Quianna) of Lane, OK, Cody Ham (Brittani) of Atoka, OK, Riley Ham of Tushka, OK and Zachary Ham of Whiteboro, TX; his caregiver Nicole Campbell of Sulphur, OK; and his mother Gaylene Praytor (Praytor) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
