He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne and Ruth Joye Howard (Hogue). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Howard (Lawrence); his children, Jared Wayne Howard (Taylor) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Hailey Herring (Levi) of Atoka, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Ellis Howard of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Nash, Kal and Jasper of Atoka, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Brenda Reeves of Mineola, Texas and Randy Howard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
