He is survived by: his mother Lois Jawana Nichols; his children, Misti Reedy, Jawana Nichols (Samuel Murillo) of Lehigh, OK and Christian Nichols of Atoka; his grandchildren, David Mitchell Jr. of Mead Ok, Chloe Murillo of Lehigh, OK, Nina Murillo of Lehigh, OK, Mateo Murillo of Lehigh, OK and Karley Nichols; his siblings, Teresa Williams (James Martin) of Atoka, OK and James Nichols of Atoka, OK; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Nichols of San Antonio, TX and Crystal Nichols of Atoka, OK; and his aunts, Joyce Collum of Seagoville, TX and Glenda Willis of Caney, OK..
