He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lee Bond; his grandson Stanley; his children, James Hurst (Cindy), David Hurst (Cindy), Mike Hurst (Cheryl) and Kathryn "Shelly" Hurst (Jim Shires); his grandchildren, Matt Hurst (Brittni), Ashley Green (Chad), Jonathon Hurst (Tonya), Jennifer Hurst, Joseph Hurst, Jacob Hurst (Aubrey), Gavyn Hensen, Lohgyn Osswald and Beth Hurst (Spencer Smith); his great grandchildren, Kenleigh Hurst, Callen Green, Juliet Green, Tyler Hurst, Lincoln Hurst and Phoenix Smith; and his siblings, Jim, Billy, Tom Hurst and Reka Jean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
