He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Leona (Hobson) and Raymond Richard Phillips; his wife Clarice Juna Phillips; his brother Marvin Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Vinyard and Jack Rambo.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Phillips (April Phillips) and Pam Bonham (Glen) of Atoka, Oklahoma; his foster son Michael Phillips of Indiana; his grandchildren, Michael Phillips, Jr., Mika Phillips, Mia Phillips, Mitchell Wayne Phillips, Jeff Bonham, Terrance Bonham (Amanda), Veronica Tyson (Clinton), Aleesha Smith (Brannam), Molly Bonham and Sierah Alvarado; his great grandchildren, Ethen of Amon, J. J., Caleb, Cayden, Kayleigh, Michael, Faith, Jack, Julianna Yates (Triston), Isaac, Lillie Mae, Eli, Kale, Aeden, Christian, Cameron, Angel, Alyssa, Alana and Hunter; his great great grandchildren, Laylah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Bennett and Cash; his sisters, Dottie Rambo and Regina Earles; and his sister-in-law Sarah Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces.
