He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Kelley and Wauneta Wells; and his brother Jerry Kelley. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kelsey Zappone, Matt Allen, Bailey Blaine, Abbey Stephens, Calley Hoffman, Ky Allen and Samantha Kelley; his wife Evelyn Kelley; his children, Rhonda Allen (David), Tracy Stephens (Eddie) and Michael Kelley (Tina); and his brothers, Bob Kelley (Linda) and Danny Wells (Norma). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; his nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Barnsdall South (200 W Chestnut Ave, Barnsdall, OK 74002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Barnsdall (3885 Co Rd 2409, Barnsdall, OK 74002).
