It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Virginia Rigsby in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, born in Laramie, Wyoming, who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, Lousie Lynch, Kathie Whyte, Margie Green and Gene Ball.
