She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Packham and Crystal Packham; her husband Bill Smith; and her brothers, Jimmy, Paul, Michael and Fred.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Kubitz (Kathy) of Bartlesville; her siblings, Ronald Packham (Norma) of Oklahoma City, Dennis Packham (Sue) of Yukon and Linda Dawson (Gale) of Yukon; her siblings-in-law, Mary Packham of Oklahoma City and Gilbert Gough McCloud; and her grandsons, Michael Brownell (AC) of Bartlesville and Todd Brownell (Sara) of Fort Collins, CO..
