He was predeceased by: his wife Glenna Lowry; his daughter Sara Ellen Mangels; his granddaughter Amy Jean Mangels; his daughter-in-law Cyndi Ann Mangels; and his brothers, Howard Mangels and Harley Mangels.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Hinson of Claremore, OK, Glen Mangels of Bartlesville, OK and Brenda Kujawa of Collinsville, OK; and his grandchildren, Matthew Hinson (Sarah), Andrew Hinson (Danette), Elizabeth Goodman (Bryan), Grant Mangels (Melissa), Amanda Mangels, Megan Likens (David), Sarah Yelverton (Chris), William Kujawa and Stevie Napoleon (Cole).
The family suggests memorials be made payable to St Paul's Lutheran Church or The Journey Home; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd., Coffeyville, KS 67337.
