She was predeceased by: her parents, William Warren and Erma Jean Ryan (Hodgson); and her daughter Amber Shea Davis. She is survived by: her husband Louis M. Davis Jr.; her children, Meredith Bentley (Blake) and Ryan Davis (Julie); her siblings, Debbie Pearson (Terry), Larry Ryan (Sherry), Jerry Ryan and Patrick Ryan; and her grandchildren, Piper Loyd, Taylor Davis, Kelsi Davis, Rian Davis, Easton Davis, Morgan Kent and Madison Moore. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Billie's name to the OCSRI Bartlesville Cancer Center at 3470 E Frank Phillips Blvd., Bartlesville, OK.
