He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma Irene Gauff Middleton and Frank Wayne Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his pets, Merlot, Milo and Murphy; his siblings, Wayne Middleton and Linda Middleton Hall; his brother-in-law Mike Bertuzzi (family: Boerne); and his close friends, David Crane, Don Cavin, Neil, Stacee Freeman, Mark, Leslee Loosen, Garry, Sally Sise Moreland, Steve and Donna Williams. He is also survived by family, Boerne, TX and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
