Billy Joe Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Smith of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, born in Foraker, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Mollie Smith; his former wife Barbara Veach Smith; his brother John Smith; and his grandson Karl King III.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Bernard Smith; his daughter Linda Smith King (Karl); his granddaughters, Kelcey King Nobles and Ariel King Ewing (Jackson); and his sisters, Ann Briggs and Judy Webster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been set up for Virginia Avenue Baptist Church's food pantry, of which Joe actively served.
