He was predeceased by: his brother Billy. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Edwards; his children, Caylon, Ryan, Dustin Stevens of Bartlesville and Samantha Stevens of Bartlesville; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Elizabeth, Nova and Grayson; his father Bobbie Lee Stevens Sr. of Texas; and his siblings, Laura Cummings, Lori Stevens-Slack, Kate Haire, Christine Murry, Kathrine Arrieola, Misty Stevens, Amy Stevens, Dennis Sharpe and Dane Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews, and a host of friends.
