He is survived by: his wife Holly Riggs Hicks; his children, Chelsea and David (Nicole); and his siblings, Cherry Nan Hornback, Jana Jagoe and Michael Heydon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Wakon Iron Chapel (181 Wakon Iron Blvd, Pawhuska, OK 74056). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
