It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Celeste Fraser of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Fraser and Patricia Joann Winders Fraser; her son Little Gary; and her nephew Andrew Fraser. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Lane Headding (Jennifer) of St. Joseph, MO and Gary Edward Barton; and her siblings, Mark Fraser (Terrie) of Murfreesboro, TN and Allyson Linehan (Bill) of Bartlesville, OK. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; 13 great nieces and nephews; and her extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in remembrance of Celeste to the Lighthouse Outreach Center, 1411 W Hensley, Bartlesville, OK.
